This sector is applied as a tool to fight poverty, hunger among the small income earners in the region.

We work and support small farmers, youth, women food vendors organized groups through trainings and supply with improved seeds and seedlings as well as encouraging and training them on village saving and lending/credit schemes at grass root level to support their earnings from the local resources.

We encourage VSLAs to have small hold farmers group to instill in the grass root community the culture of saving and providing group members an opportunity to have access to financial services.
